Ripoff Screw Up The Escrow Account and Then Take The House Nebraska

Aurora Loan Services started servicing my loan about one year ago. The problems began immediately when they failed to pay the taxes on my home (after repeatedly being told to do so) and then continued to show their incompetence by screwing up my escrow account. Which is currently nearly $1000 in the hole.

They have my escrow account SO messed up I am not sure what they have and have not paid. They assured me several months ago that they had paid all the taxes in full, but today when I got my statement and started adding things up I am not so sure that they have. It "appears" from what I can get out of the mess that they have made that they have paid only the county taxes and have failed to pay the city for 2003 & 2004. If this is the case then there are now delinquent taxes on my home. I will call on Monday and speak with the city about it. After that I may well be calling an attorney!

After reading some of the stories on this website I am VERY concerned that their errors have the potential to cost me my home in the end. It appears from what I have read that they intentionally mess up accounts (like they have mine) and get you in the hole so deep that you will never find your way out! Then they buy your home once THEIR errors send it to the auction block!

As I said I will check this out with the city on Monday, but if there indeed IS a tax lein against my home then Aurora Loan Services had better look out... I will put their predatory name in front of every radio station, newspaper, TV station, senator, congressman and of course MY LAWYER!
