Customer Service Even the Better Business Bureau couldnt get me a refund. Pasadena

I wanted to cancel and get a refundy membership after 2 days. They told me no. I could cancel, but no refunds. They said I was already months into the membership. I replied that I rejoined 2 days before. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Eharmony told them the same thing. Apparently, when you renew your membership, you dont have any trial period, no customer satisfation period, nothing. So, Im out $90. They did give me a month free. Big deal, if I dont want a 3 month membership, what makes them think I want 4 months.
Not even the Better Business Bureau could help me with this one.
