Tamarack Trace - Miller Valentine Properties
Alert bed bugs and poor management! Do not move here whatsoever! Ripoff

I moved to Tamarack Trace several months ago. I was so excited at first to be moving in. I drove through the apartments before I decided to move here. They seemed fine and it seem like a safe neighborhood. However, I moved in and found within a week that I made a bad choice.

I found out many different building were infested with bed bugs and roaches. I know of one building that had seven out of twelve apartments had bed bugs bad! The management would never admit to this and tell the residents that they were full of it. I also, found out that this place is the GHETTO of Florence.

I couldnt believe that this place is down the street from $400,000 homes. The police are always patroling for drugs, fights, and even gun shots. The place is extremely small, very thin walls, dirty hallways and grounds, loud music, and horrible maintance. I have decided to break my lease after a short period of time here.

I do not feel like that this place is a safe environment for myself or my family. It is a cheap but isnt worth a dollar! They are running a lot of moving specials only because people like myself cant take it anymore. Please think twice before moving here!
