I sent my Rolex Datejust to John Brozek at QualityTyme.net for repair. They were extremely professional. John (who is also the owner) answered the phone, explained the procedure and even walked me through the process of shipping in my watch. The watch was completed in a very timely manner. The service cost was very reasonable and the quality of the work was outstanding. I have had my watches serviced by several different repair facilities in the past (including sending it in to Rolex New York), but the quality of work and customer service I received from Quality Tyme was second to none. I would not hesitate sending them additional watches or recommending them to others.
