Called last week to set a repair FOR my dryer. The dryer vent. It was scheduled for this past Sat. He calls and says he is on his way to fix my WASHER. And he told me to contact the store and to find out to call for that service.in the attempts to call (40 minutes).. The first was to the store and he transferred me and also gave me the number, which turned out to be a number to a hotel! In the next 2 dozens calls I was jocked around and jocked around. But on hold, never answered etc. I FINALLY found out Sears does not do this type of work. I have contacted another applicance store to take care of it. Not happy AT ALL!
