This is my complaint, I have a warrenty on my washer & dryer from sears, my dryer tempature knob broke off so I called for repair service and made an appt. When I called I gave the serive personal the make and model number plus the seriel number so they could order the part by telling the repair service the imformation I gave them so the repairman would have the part, but when the repairman called he said he didn't have the part that was three days ago I have so much wash that has to be done but no dryer. What good is the Warrenty. I'll tell you seras just wants to make money it costs 200.00 a year for the washer and dryer down the drain. Sears is not looking very good to me right now.
