Warranty repair delayed because dryer part was not ordered

This is my complaint, I have a warranty on my washer & dryer from sears, my dryer temperature knob broke off so I called for repair service and made an appt. When I called I gave the service personal the make and model number plus the serial number so they could order the part by telling the repair service the information I gave them so the repairman would have the part, but when the repairman called he said he didn't have the part that was three days ago I have so much wash that has to be done but no dryer. What good is the warranty. I'll tell you Sears just wants to make money it costs 200.00 a year for the washer and dryer down the drain. Sears is not looking very good to me right now.
