Man What a Great Scam!

It all started with a sales ad Received in the mail, The worse day of my life so far me and my wife went to the store where the sales people fought over us, We finaced a Fridge to help our credit they told us we was qualified for 12 Months Intrest FREE, So we sighn some papers and then the finace manager says did he mention we have to sell you insurance its gona ad $350 to your 12 month Term, We said no they told us 12 months intrest free said it was gona be $1249 Sales tax wich thats anywhere so we agree and asked him why the insurance papers he made us sighn says this insurance is voulantary but we had no choice but to buy it he reasured us its policy and it was all worked in the price so we sighned the papers, Well they call us a hour later and ask us to drive back to the store they sold us the wrong appliance and we needed to sighn a new contract, Well kinda upset we go back to the store and resighn the new papers and double checked everything well in the end the sales guy told us we should be around $80-90 a month for payments for 12 months and our 12th month payment would be slightly higher unless we paid a little extra monthly after everything was sighned and printed out the guy says your going to be about $120 a month and you owe us $1998 Total after all the fees and insurance charges so we then knew we got screwed well we have paid 4 months worth of payments $125 a month has not been put on my credit, Credit manager keeps assuring us it should be popping up soon and we are going to get all our back points they owe us for our months we have paid on time wich has been every single time, Well upon delivering it they scratched the doors on the fridge trying to get it in the house and didnt bring any of the stuff the fridge came with likes the papers books ice maker line etc... Promised they would mail it never showed up yet! So i call them and tell them whats going on yesterday guy chuckles on the phone and says well its yours you sighned the papers asked him how much it was to pay it off cash that day he told me $1500 i said no way i have made 5 payments of $120 then he says oh i see your 12 months intrest free its gona be $1180 i said this is redicolous he chuckles again and says sorry sir you feal that way so i go there and pay it off and they are all snickering and i told them all of you are crooks and will be unemployed soon says companys that screw people never stay in buissnes and they all got quiet and walked in the back, Then tell me after i pay them off they got a sale on the New memory foam beds if we was interested we are Valued customers said not a chance never again upon writing this report i have read a hundred complaints about this company with the exact same issues customer service sucks the customers come last and you are there friends well you are sighning your contract what a Huge SCAM this place is DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!
