Ripoff fraudulant accounting practices unorganised lost payments trickery deception and lie untrustworthy cheat theif theives

I purchased a mobile home under assumming the previouse loan. When I went to sign the papers I discovered there was back payments owed and would have to bring them up to date so I did.

I then signed the papers.
Several months had passed and I still not received any copies of the purchase, or anything relating to the monies I had paid.

Finally after about 5 months the only way to get an answer was to not make a payment.

I was then contacted, and was told that the papers were lost.
Each time I was given a differant reason, I called and spoke with the head mager of the Charolette N. C office and was told by him that the purchase was before his time of tenure and wasnt aware of the problems.

In addition I was told that I was considered as a renter because the previouse owners failed to sign the assumption papers which was not true.

All of the monies I had paid to Oakwood was never credited.

Because I was looked as a renter I was told by the local office that if they got a call to remove the mobile home that he would have them pull it off without giving us due process of proper notice.

I was tricked into refinanceing the home as a new loan this added a higher intrest rate, and actually brought the cost of the mobile home higher than the original purchase price.
Then about a year later I was sent a notification from the insurance that it was cancelled due to non payment, the insurance was added into the monthly payment, and there was an additional escrow amount to help cover any insurance increases and such.

Then I found out that Oakwood went into the escrow account that was intended for insurance and tax on the mobile and made a missed payment with the money.
Clearly an accounting type fraude.

I finally told Oakwood that I have had enough of them.
Come and get the mobile home.

Here 7 years later they eledgedly say I still owe them a little over $5,000.000.

These people are a bunch of nuts.
If anything I am owed for all of the trouble, trickery, fraude that they used.
