Green Brook Pontiac Gmc Hummer
Came in to refiance car worth 12,000 leaving with them scaming me with 20,000 in dept

In November i went into green brook dealership to lease a hummer. I picked out the one that i liked, so the sales man told me in order for you to get abroved you need to put your car as a trade in. I had a 2006 toyota matrix my monthly payments where $418 and my intrest was 16.7% and my pay off was 12,000 the sales man told me that he would give me a check for 4,000 dollars he gave me the paper work to sign when i see my payments for toyota are 500 a month 20 % intrest i haved told him this is higher then what iam paying now. He tolm me dont worry about iam giving you the 4,000 to pay the car for 8 months when you come back in 8 months were gonna refiance your car and lower your payment. So i signed... I

Ve told him right now my car payments is 418 a month my intrest is 16.7% and my pay off is 12,000 so i said to him when i come back in 8 month your gonna lower this right what i have now he said yes.

So. 8 months later i come back to refiance my toyota learning that they cant refiance my car that my pay off is 20,000 my intrest is 20% my payments are 500 amonth. I went crazy. I told them your sales man told me that this was all tempory and that when i come back hes gonna lower my rates. There responds was ohhh we cant do nothing about u cant refiance your car. Iam like this car brand new cost 17,000 i had lower payments when i came in nothing they can help me with.

So i need help what can i do now oh also they charge me taxes 2 time for the toyota..
