I scheduled an appointment online to repair my GE wall oven. The technician was to arrive between 1-5 pm on Wed 9/14, and the website stated that he would call when he was on his way. I took off work to be here. At 4:53 pm I called the 888 number on my confirmation page because I hadn't heard anything of his whereabouts. The operator informed me that he was sick, and that no other technician was available. Unfortunately I decided to call another repair service.
