Last visit to Sears

I have been buying appliances all my adult life from Sears. I went to the White Oak MD store yesterday to buy a dishwasher. I showed the salesman what I had identified online. We calculate the price and it was fifteen dollars over my credit limit on my card. I asked him to print out the estimate since I needed to raise my credit limit - which would have been easy to do. He refused to because of some reason about he had closed his cash register drawer and walked away. (I might note that when I went to Lowe's and bought the dishwasher they without much problem gave me $4000 in credit.)

As I was walking out of the store I saw a scarf I liked. It was more expensive that I would have paid at Target but I took it to the cash register and waited in what I thought was the line for 20 minutes. Then a clerk told me I wasn't at the correct arrow to que up. I walked out of the store disgusted.

I really liked the scarf and was at White Oak again today buying pet food. So I thought I would give Sears a try again. I got the scarf and took it to the check out counter where the clerk spent five minutes talking to another cleark before she turned to me. I asked her if they had black yoga pants because their merchandise in general looked pretty decent although I don't buy clothes at Sears. She waved to the right and then waved to the left and said look around. Well I wandered to the left and couldn't find anything and told her so and she said oh. I then gave up and at least bought the scarf. I know they have yoga pants. But I don't have time for this nonsense and will never visit Sears again.
