I came to this sear store to purchase a lawn mower blade. I needed two and the clerk said that's all they had. I asked if I could order another. He says yeah. So I take the one remaining item to the only checkout in the store and the clerk receives a phone call on the cell phone. He disappeared to the rear of the store and after a couple of minutes I yelled "hey I have cash for a sale", and he continued with his phone call looking at merchandise for a "maybe customer". I waited again, then left the item on the counter and left. Wouldn't you think a customer with cash in hand would be more of a responsibility than the "maybe" customer on the phone? I've had other encounters with Sears trying to cancel orders on the internet and they don't get cancelled, even though they give me authorization numbers and confirming e-mails. The merchandise still arrives! Thanks for the free stuff Sears!
