Used slipcover discount dispute on a $5,000 living room set

I purchased a $5,000 living room set. I was told that I could purchase floor model slipcovers when the furniture was taken off the floor. The store called me, offering used slipcovers for 30% off. I was told 50% and they agreed. They charged me at the 30% rate.

I called and reported it to corporate, and they gave me the difference. I purchased two used chair slipcovers for $571.00 for both. The sofa was not ready to leave the floor. The store said they would call when it was ready. They sold the slipcover to someone else. I called corporate to complain and was told that it was a mistake. They tried not to give me my money back on the chair covers I returned.

This was purely personal, as they were mad that I called corporate the first time. When I complained, I said that I would have retribution, and it happened.
