I purchased 6 chair covers from the above company on the 29th Sept. I returned them on the 30th as they were too short in the seat and unsuitable.

I had previously purchased chair covers from spotlight 2yrs previous with identical packaging and brand.

When I asked for a refund the store manager declined and said
#1 I should have bought only one
as they change the from time to time
#2 I could buy the material and make them
This I feel is totally unacceptable as I do not wish to accept a credit of $90 to be spent in thier store
