Dave Heyder, David Heyder, Heyder and Sons, Inc. Biggest RIPOFF artist I have ever met. THIEF stole $82k and left me with a legal mess!

Dave Heyder an Simply Windows and More out of Pekin, Illinois is the biggest ripoff contractor in the State. He has no licensing, no insurance, does not obtain permits, uses sub-contractors with criminal records, and likes to disappear with your money! We paid him $82,000 toward a $135k project. About $30k into the project, the work was stopped by the City once the realized that he got no permits for the project. I have been left for the last 6 months getting the permits, drawings, elevations certs, etc myself having to take time off of work at leat 10 times and hiring an attorney to assit me in the process.

Dave abandoned the job site with my money and has not returned any calls since. Trust me you would have more fun flushing you money down the toilet then dealing with Dave Heyder or Simply Windows. He is a pathological thief... Do NOT let this guy into your home and especially do not pay him anything upfront or EVER!!
