The employees who wrote about Kim and Dave are not kidding. Major problems!
The employees are constantly hoping to get paid.
Many simply walk-off the job when they don't get paid on pay day.
Dave is always looking for ways to make a fast buck so he could pay his employees and then off he goes to start another project to get more deposit money. And the cycle continues.

We waited 8 months to have work finished on our farm.
Personal property went missing. New employees show up. And then are gone.

Workmaship: horrible
Organizational Skills: NONE

BE CAREFUL with them! Get references! Don't get tricked!
