Dave Cutler - America Access Ripoff Lookout, He is at it again, but now with a rip-off company called National Homeowners Association and or National Disaster Association

I was an employee for Dave Cutler. At the time he was operating and still is a company called America Access Inc. Dave Cutler and entourage arrived in the Okaloosa/Santa Rosa Counties shortly after Hurricane Ivan.

At first I thought the company was total ligit. But after working there for a few months I realized they were nothing but sub contractors working under a Handymans License. We were ordered to perform many tasks on homes which should have required permits and inspections before and after jobs were completed.

Dave Cutler surely talked a bright future with the company but after many promises were made We the employees started to realize he was nothing but a bunch of hot air. Some of us were selected from the employee pool to hear of an opportunity to retire rich.

The opportunity was to managers of offices across the southern region of the United States working for the National Homeowners Association Inc or the National Disasters Association Inc. We were presented with a commercial which was supposed to be aired in all of the southern region telling homeowners how valuable these two companies would be to them.

At the present Dave Cutler and others are working on a building in Tampa to set these so called offices. My message here is to warn homeowners of these two companies. I feel stongly in my heart that it will be another case of being Ripped-Off by Dave Cutler.

These two companies are not directly in Dave Cutlers name but he will be getting his share of the profits once they are in full swing. Dave Cutler made promises to employees such as new vehicles, bonuses, raises, etc which never developed. Not to mention that threats were made to certain homeowners because Dave Cutler felt the homeowners owed America Access Inc more monies.

Also there were several instances where A.A.I. Received funds from homeowners to purchase materials, such as doors and windows and some of these companies where the purchases were made were never paid and the homeowners are being harrassed for payment.

At the present America Access Inc is operating with a skeleton crew in the Navarre, Fl area and still have business with a couple of churches in Pensacola, Fl. If someone wanted to research all of the work performed they will find that proper permits were not pulled. Alot of structural work was perfomred illegally.

Also this can be found out through the legal system but I believe that Dave Cutler was arreigned to appear in court and has a court date set for September 14 either in okaloosa or Santa Rosa County. He was charged with two counts of Impersonating a Contractor.

I hope this information helps those who read this. I feel it is my civic duty to warn people that he is on the move again.
