Bad Design for Weed Eate

On 12. Aug. I ordered a Weed Eater item WDRNWEEL-13TNE. This is the worse weed eater I have ever used from Weedeater - Poulan that I have ever had. It would be easier to have taken a shovel or a pair of the old manual clippers and done it by hand. The wire guard nor the clip to hold the cutting string would not stay on. I kept having to place the spool and wire guard back on at least 15 times and I my house is on a 50 by 100-foot lot. It took me more time to edge and than it previously took me to edge and cut the grass with my old weed eater by Poulan. Whoever designed this should not be allowed to design any other weed eaters.

Previously, I have had two weed eaters from Weed Eater Poulan. The first was the Snap and Go SG12 and the Twist and Edge X114 and one of them lasted 15 years. I love the design of these other models as you could tap it to make the string come out. I wish I could find a Snap and Go or a Twist and Edge.
