Let down and dishearted

My husband and I were married this September we found a perfect set of rings from Sears. I was so excited the original sales assciate was wonderful.

The price was great well with in our budget. Then it all went down hill from there. I wore my rings for a total of four days and the whole crown of it fell off. Right in the middle of a girl scout meeting I was so embarrassed and MAD. My husband took my rings in the next day to be repaired and they sat there for a little over a week before being sent off to be repaired. I was promised return phone calls numerous time and so was my husband and we never received return calls. I had to keep calling to see if they were in. And even to find out where they were sent the estimated return date ect... Well after nearly a month my rings finally came back in. I was so happy to finally have them back on my finger. I got them back on a Friday and it broke again by Tuesday the following week four days again is all it lasted and this time I lost the whole crown or head. I called sears and spoke with Burnadette in Michigan city indiana. She is the manager I guess. She told me she was off the next day and had to go to another town and she would look there and try to find a replacement for my ring. Because their store didn't have any more. And once again I was told I would receive a phone call. Two days had went by and still no phone call I waited until 7:30 pm of the day I was supposed to here back from her before I finally called the store trying to reach her. It took four trys before I was able to speak with her. She told me she was going to order my ring straight from the company in my size. She couldn't tell me how long it would take just that I would get a phone call. It's now going on three weeks and I still haven't gotten a phone call. I wasn't offered any compensation nothing just an I'm sorry. When I said I wanted to keep my original band or some kind of compensation. Bernadette said I could have a priest pray over the set she is ordering. I was enraged! I'm not even Catholic lady! THESE ARE MY WEDDING RINGS MY WEDDING RINGS. Not just some radom ring. I am very unhappy with the whole situation, very very.
And I will continue to tell everyone I meet my experience with this company it put a damper on my whole weddng ring experience!!! So disapointed
