Firesideplace.com Scammed me out of $3000 for an outdoor fireplace

We contacted this company to order one of their outdoor fireplaces. When I finally got someone to call me back, I was told that they couldn't accept credit cards, and that I had to send them 20% up front, and then they would build the fireplace, take pictures and send them to me, then I would have to send them the other 80% and they would ship it. I was told this would take two weeks. After 2 1/2 months of back and forth trying to get an answer from them on when I was going to get the fireplace, I filed a BBB complaint (and found out that they had an F rating). Amazingly I was told it would ship out right away. When it arrived, it looked like something my kid had built. It was made out of 2 X 4's, drywall, and badly bent tin. The picture that was on the website had shown a quality built product, this was not. Additionally, it was so badly built that it fell apart in shipping.
