Hearthside Distributers are a great company to purchase a fireplace from. Their products are great, and they ship them directly to you, exactly when they say they will. My only complaint is a little bit of damage to the product during shipping. I do not look at this as being their fault, being that I never did contact them about it. They seem to do a good job of packaging the product up on a pallet and try to protect it the best they can. I would order similar and/or other products from them, and will continue to use them and refer them to others for all my fireplace needs...
