Impressive - Fireplace

Totally impressed. I ordered a outdoor fireplace with no charge for shipping. We went to pic up the unit and it looked as if a huge pole fell right on the top. We refused the shipment and thought that this was the beginning of a nightmare. But much to my surprise Hearthside customer service followed through and sent out a replacement immediately. I would trust this company without a doubt!
