NEVER USE this company for your fireplace installation of fixing the problems with you fireplaces! They are very rude and unprofessional. Kevin Fisher can charge your credit card without getting you

Kidd fireplace installed our fireplace a few months ago.
In the middle of the installation we decided that we wanted to raise it a few inches up. Kevin Fisher, the owner of the company, sujjested that it would cost us a lot of money to do it we decided that our contractor would perform the work. Kevin fisher was totally fine with it and even gave directions on how to to it right. Our contractor dit it according to the specs from Kidd Fireplace.

The Kidd Fireplace serviceman then came in, checked everything, approved the job, turned the fireplace on and confirmed that everything was fine. He collected the remaining balnce for the installation and left.

In 2 days later the stone around the fireplace cracked. We called Kidd Fireplace to come back and check if there was any danger to use the fireplace. Kevin was very rude and agressive. He said that the company is was not respnsible for our problem since my contractor raised the fireplace. He also mentioned that we lost a warrany because of that fact.

He never warned us about loosing warranty if our contractors would change the installation in the first place. We would never agreed on doing if if we knew about loosing warranty.

Later the fireplace stopped working at all. The Kidd Fireplace and Kevin refused to come back and fix it. We spent almost $7,000.00 for this new beautiful fireplace and cannot use it. It's not working.
