Kenmore Elite Refrigerator Repair Appointment Cancelled, Loud Hum

Had an appointment scheduled for 2 1/2 weeks for a repair on my brand new, most expensive Kenmore Elite refrigerator, my time frame was between 1-5, at 3 I receive a phone call that no one can come. Wanted to schedule me for over another week! The mind defining hum coming from the fridge is enough to send anyone into madness! Unprofessional to say the least, and they have you, there is nothing you can do. Wish I would have heeded the advice and stayed away from Sears!!
