I ordered a waffle iron on line, in plenty of time for Christmas. Delivery to my rural Canada location was set for 15 Dec. The day arrives; I wait all day; no delivery. At the end of the day, I phone and I'm told Sears decided to switch to UPS, but there's no tracking number and of course no one advised me of this change. Regular calls elicit no tracking number, no help and no likelihood that shipment will make it for Christmas (and of course it didn't).
I ordered the same waffle iron from Amazon (at virtually the same price). It arrived within 3 business days. No waiting around. No run around. Folks: Don't use Sears. Ever.
