It is the worst company I have ever seen

I began applying Cirro Energy support from July. I used car pay support for my cost each month. At start of January I transformed the brand new charge card from their site. After upgrading, I examine many times from their site. It confirmed car pay using the new card info. On February declaration confirmed: Your Draftmatic car bank draft support has become essentially. Don't remit payment. But about the March 1st, my energy was stop. I contact them-and they stated used to do not spend my cost. I told them I'd updated the brand new card and declaration & site had previously confirmed car pay was put up. I actually sent the declaration for them at the same time. They explained declaration and site all offered me the incorrect info. Their program didn't put up yet. It had been puzzled me. Used to do not understand which was accurate. Due to their issue, I had been requested to should spend the all of the price (disconnecting fee, reconnecting fee and afterwards fee) with extremely rude perspective. It's ridicules. I contact their boss many times and quit the concept. Lastly they contact me back on March 30. They nevertheless declined to acknowledge their error. I'm truly furious using their horrible support. They don't care client since the agreement may maintain their company. I should inform everybody NEVER USE CIRRO ENERGY!!! It's the worst organization I've ever seen. I employed cirro support from last September. I usually use autopay for my cost.
