The manager of the Singer Alterations Inc was extremely rude, he does not know how to deal with customers, I have been insulted because I used the wrong word to describe the "CONE of sewing thread" He told me to speak in Spanish using the correct words (and I am not even Spanish) but I was making an effort because he does not speak fluent English, and on top of every rudeness he hanged up on me saying he was having no responsibilities on whatever my machine was missing.
