Paid to have a manual for a Singer Model 9420 sewing machine mailed to my address.instead of the sewing machine manual being delivered, I was sent a link to download the manual. Tried to download the manual several times but was unsuccessful at each attempt. Although they provided me with a new password the link to the website was unattainable.
