Ripoff Singer sewing machines say on Box 25 year warranty but inside warranty reads to be free from manufacturing defects

Singer sewing machines are suspose to be good brand
I bought a singer serger and had some trouble with it.
I took it to have it repaired and found out that the warrantie is no good. It only is good to be free from defective manufacturing so 25year warrantie covers nothing after you start useing it.

This is a rip-off. It doesn't say only 25 year warrantie on the box so you do not know when you buy it that it covers nothing.
