Charged for NOTHING, horrible customer service

I somehow stumbled onto the site looking to order free flat rate boxes and print out a single shipping label. Without reading enough fine print, I suppose, I signed up, thinking it was needed to print a label. Four weeks go by without me ever logging back in or doing a single thing with my account and I found I've been charged for a "pro" account. Days over my 4-week trial, the customer service reps were totally unhelpful and wouldn't refund the charge, even though I explained how it as a good faith, honest mistake, and clearly had never used the service. Horrible, horrible!
