I signed up to print off a label one day and thought this was a directly through the USPS. Then later I realized I was on a different site so I started looking at the program a little further and the first 30 days use is free then like $15.99 a month and realized WOOO I don't want that. I just ship maybe like 2 boxes a month. Its not worth it. I called them about 10 days ago. They tried and tried to get me to stick with it. Give it another month. They could waive a fee. I said NO I want to cancel.

Well first off all I have like $10 in my account but was told they would reimburse it to me after 1 year if its was still not used. Then Yesterday I check my bank account and Stamps.com took out $134!!! I did not go into my account and request this. The girl on the phone was soo sweet but I was very upset because i only had $20 in my account so now I am overdrawn and I need gas for my car etc. It just screwed up my end of the week. Anyway went to the bank and I am filing a fraud report. I went onto the website stamps.com it even says my account is closed but shows some guy in MA sending something for 19 pounds to another country. So I paid for that guys postage! I would never use them.
