Horrible Shopping

I have been dealing with or trying to deal with Chadwicks customer service for 4 weeks... Placed order in Oct and still have not had any response... They mis-shipped items and won't give me shipping label to correct problem... I'm on hold forever and then line hangs up... Customer order personal try to transfer but no calls go through... Won't shop Chadwicks again! Horrible Horrible customer service!
