Scam

I have been waiting for three weeks now (and counting) for an estimate that was suppose to be emailed to me the next day and cost $250. I have called ServPro several times. No one has called me back and the receptionist cannot help. Doesn't mold grow, the longer you wait the worse it gets? Therefore, no matter what the estimate says at this point the actual cost would be far greater. Thank goodness for this site becasue I will take my business elsewhere, but i still want my estimate since I paid for it.
