Broken dishwashe

Scheduled an appointment with Sears service for 12-4 today. They called to confirm yesterday. We called at 3:00 because they weren't here and were told they were going to be here "a little late". They just called at 4:00 to cancel. They don't care that I had to take a vacation day. Will have to take another one if they ever decide to come. They charge $75 if you aren't home, but they can cancel at the absolute last minute.

Do yourself a favor. Do not buy sears products!!!
