Hasty's Heating and Air Conditioning. Lie and Do Not Stand behind their work

In September Hasty's charged me $6,200.00 to replace inside and outside unit and duct work. The lights began to blink when the unit kicks on, which I determined it is a broken leg in my breaker box, where their breaker is installed, they refused to fix that.in December a line bursted in the ouside unit, instead of replacing it they built about a half inch of sauter on it, wrapped it in foam, and ziptied it to the copper coils. I told them I wasn't satisfied. The beginning of May we were burning up and got them out here, the technician said for some reason it was low on coolant, I suggested maybe a leak from a bursted line. Anyway he refilled it stated it would be covered under warranty and got my wife to sign a paper and left. Today we got a bill with my wifes signature on it where he had added that he had cleaned the dirty filter, stating nothing was wrong with the unit and billed me $84.00. I called and attempted to talk to the lady in the office about it and she kept stating, "Don't pay it boy, I want to turn you into the credit bureau anyway". The owner won't return my call. Isn't this extortion? This unit isn't a year old, it has a five year warranty that they won't honor, we'll be lucky if it last the summer. Don't find out for yourself learn from my mistake.
