Attempted to charge me twice for the same repair! Ripoff

I had Arundel Cooling and Heating Company come out to my home to repair my air conditioning unit that was leaking water on August 31. The technician responded to my home as stated it was a clogged conditstate drain. I was charged $198.00 for the repair.

While the technician was repairing the clogged drain he turned the circuit breaker on and off several times. Why he was doing this I had no idea why since this had nothing to do with the clogged drain. After the technician left that same day in the same hour I noticed my air conditioning did not work at all.

So I called Arundel Cooling and Heating back out to my home. This time it was a different technician that responded. The technician stated it was a burned up circuit breaker well go figure. The technician stated this repair would be an additional $189.00. Well I was not thinking and like an idiot I paid for the repair.

So a month later on 29 Sept 06 my air conditioning unit was leaking again. I called Arundel Heating and Cooling back out to my home. Again they stated it was a clogged conditstate drain. So the technician started the repair and once he was finished he said there will be a $99.00 service fee. So basically they wanted to charge me twice for a faulty repair.

I couldn't believe it! I spoke with the manger "Walt" and he stated if you don't pay it we will turn you over to collections. So instead of fixing the problem free of charge and making it right he wanted to rip me off again. I said "Hell NO!" "Shove it!" and I'll take you and your sorry company to court for charging me twice for a faulty repair!
