Contractor must wait 90 days before returning a product

Buyer beware!

I am an electrical contractor. I used a store merchandise card for $4.01 and paid $22.00 in cash, and now I have to wait 90 days before I can return the product. Hmm, there are many other suppliers who will take between $2.000 and $5.000 per month. Home Depot lost me as a customer.
