Ripoff, blatant thievery, criminal action, fraud at it's best, "America's Most Wanted"

February 7 placed $7,638.00 order for "BOB MACKIE" furniture and sent wire transfer of $2,000 for initial deposit thru sales person Cindy Macheras. Promised 12 week delivery. Started receiving e-mails every 2 weeks in May that furniture backlogged.

Called and told Cindy Macheras did not work there and new sales person was Rachael Adams. I've seen enough sales women's names to assume they are all the same person. Some of the other reports discuss a Linda and I saw at least one more. We got nervous in mid-July after the e-mail did not come.

We started calling constantly after the 3rd week of July. It is hard to believe that some people were ripped off after that date because no one would answer. We did get one lady and she said everyone was on vacation but then she disappeared with every one else.

We would be very interested in anyone considering legal action and also pursuing the guilty in person (will take the $2,000 back in cash or trade). Please get in contact if serious on either.
