Incompetent, unresponsive to complaints, liars, clueless, inconsiderate, useless

My sons' furniture was picked up on July 23 with a moving date of July 28. As of August 8, his furniture has not arrived.

We have made numerous phone calls to see when the furniture will be arriving. Customer service is very incompetent. No one seems to know what is going on, they transfer our calls from one person to the next.

One day I called and heard that my furniture was on the truck. Two days later it is still in a warehouse in New Jersey. I called Tuesday, August 7th and was told my sons' furniture will be here by the end of the week. As of today, he still has not received a phone call telling him when to expect delivery.

My husband and I have traveled over 12 hrs. To help our sons move. We are losing wages and might have to leave before the furniture arrives. At this point, I don't know if it will ever arrive before we have to take legal action.

Do not walk away from this company—run as fast as you can. This experience has been a nightmare!
