Keith Tanner talentless contractor rip off did not finish work stole money

Keith Tanner came to a home i own and wrote up a very choppy quote that did not include itemized cost just a final figure. I told him he was in the ball park on some of the jobs i wanted done and he then showed up and started taking apart my deck. He had already done it so i let him keep going he finished the deck poorly but it worked better than the old one then he started on a bathroom upstairs and never finished it. The work he did in the bathroom was so sloppy he used the wrong grout and caulk and smeared it all over. He never finished any painting and used the wrong moldings for the bedrooms. He cut the moldings backwards and left it on the walls. He demanded money and never finished the work he was demanding the money for. He left the job unfinished and all of his work was wrong, poorly done and was never heard from again. I filed a complaint with the DBPR of Florida and send him letters. He did not return any of the $8515.79 that he was paid or fixed his work. He is a very bad contractor.
