I've been a faithful client of Sears for 35 years. That finished today. I've a garden tractor that's significantly less than 10 weeks old. It's been utilized a small quantity but nonetheless has needed three support calls. The most recent one onvolves the truth that the tractor won't change. It mows excellent in a straight-line!!! The service-man arrived last Friday, decided parts were required and also the parts could be shipped to my house and he'd be again today, after 1 today, to set up the components. The components were sent to my house from Briggs and Stratton on Friday. Fifteen minutes before I obtain a phone deleting my visit because the " components weren't in." Therefore, i went 115 miles yesterday, dropped each dayis pay-as an gas and oil landman, simply to be informed by Sears they can't monitor a shipping like everyone could??? I actually got about the shipping site and could determine the deals were shipped. Therefore, Sears - you pull. You wish to understand why you're final shops? Why individuals are not buying along with you anymore? It's since you have lost picture of the requirement to look after your visitors. It was my last purchase. This can be a pitiful justification for customer support. Pitiful. And, I'll get my cash back.incidentally, because 1978, I've invested over $70,000.00 dollars with Sears. Completed permanently with this idiotic company. Who is operating this vessel???
