Toughest customer support and run-around actually!

We purchased metal drop online this past year Dec. 2006. Because we obtained the cargo we have had absent peaces and broken items. Once we began to set up the body we discovered we'd broken parts as well as lost components. We've named customer support and spoke to 4 various Administrators who've informed we'd obtain a reimbursement about the drop, and routine a get.

We've yet to obtain this drop acquired and obtain our cash back. This appears to drag-on for weeks. We're today calling Dale in the sears problem quantity to obtain this solved for that 6th period. Following this phone we shall contact our lawyer and allow them manage this situation.

It has been among the toughest customer support and run-around actually. We've paperwork and times of each person who we talked to at Sears regarding this issue.

It's a disgrace that people have to consider this to some legitimate program but Sears isn't attempting to negotiate this every other method.
