Inexperienced plumber, rip off, non-responsive management

Very poor service. They sent an inexperienced plumber (apprentice) to my house and he was completely bewildered by the sound my pipes were making. He had no clue what to do. He then telephoned his supervisor who instructed him to install an expansion tank.???

$195 later, I am left with the exact same problem! My plumbing issue wasn't fixed, the noise and symptoms are exactly as they were prior to installation of the worthless expansion tank and UNION PLUMBING is refusing to give me my money back.

I politely tried to call them for THREE WEEKS to resolve this issue. At this point I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company and the BBB. Take your money elsewhere.
