Rip off plumbing Fullerton

Rapid plumbing came to my sisters home in fullerton. We called them for a stopped up toilet that stopped up into the shower. The toilet wouldnt flush. 2 men came to fix it, charged us $198.00 ran a snake thru the plumbing pipes in the back yard this didnt work. Said they couldnt fix it. The men that came, they said they could run a camera down the toilet for $300 but didn't have it. Then they said that they could bring another machine to evaluate the problem on wed for $400. We said no - the 2 workers wouldnt try going through the main sewage line in the front of the house.

They said that the contracters who built on the addition installed the plumbing incorrectly. After all this, they left and our problem was still in place. We called another plumber the next day 7/4 he ran a line through the main sewage line from the front of the house. He found the problem. The line was plugged up from roots in the line and charged us only $100. We think rapid plumbing ripped us off and are very displeased with their service and attitude toward our problem
