Did not issue a refund after merchandise was returned

The part ordered was not the correct size. I contacted customer services to return the merchandise and was given a RGA number and an address to send back the merchadise. The merchandise was received at their shipping facilities on November 23. I have never received the refund and the company will not respond to my e-mail requests regarding reimbursement. No telephone number is provided so the only way to contact Home Products To Go is by e-mail.
