Company sells faulty merchandise, will not refund!

I purchased a purse from this company, and upon receiving the merchandise, I immediately returned it. It was no where near the quality it was "guaranteed" to be. I did receive one e-mail from a woman named Tiffany who said to return the item (of course, I had to pay for return shipping, no less) and she would "correct the situation", however no one from the company has even contacted me to inform me whether the package was received and no mention of a refund has been noted, either.

It seems rather insane to require an attorney's assistance to receive such a small refund ($174.00), but apparently that is the only way to get this company to respond. I have filed a complaint with PayPal as well. This has by far been the most reprehensible form of Customer Service I have ever had the misfortune to be subjected to.
