Untrustworthy General Contracto

USA Restore was hired at the end of August to repair 2 properties that were damaged in a hail storm. I was told that the job would take about a month. It has now been 4 months and they are not finished. The work that has been finished looks like it has been done by someone who has never done the work before. The siding, roof, and the gutters have been repaired twice. And are still either leaking, cracked, or crooked.

Every subcontractor they sent to our house has never worked for them before, so they are obviously new in our area, unlike what their webpage would lead you to believe. 2 out of 3 subcontractors showed up to our house wanting money because USA Restore wouldn't pay them, and one put a lien on our houses. Another contractor they sent refused to do the work, stating he has a good reputation, and can't have his name attached to the horrible work done. They demand more money even though our contract states half down half at completion. They do not pull permits to avoid their work being inspected.

This company is ran by rude, scamming, bullies! I pray for anyone who hires them. They have made our holiday, and last four months unbearable!
