Appliance Department Employee Helped Us Buy GE Appliances

We are never amazed at the depth of knowledge that Mark K. in the appliance department seems to have about so many things. At the Round Rock Lowe's, you are lucky if the nice sales people know where the bathrooms are. We just bought our GE appliances from him, and he helped us with all of the information we needed to make the purchase and set up the installation of the wall oven. He even found us a discount through the assistant manager, Mike B., that we weren't expecting.

My only complaint is that you would think a company this big could afford A/C for the whole store, not just the front half. We will recommend this store to everybody, so different from the NJ stores back home!
