Sears online tire sales review - tires

On jan. 9th i called to place an order for 4 firestone tires, item #0956017. The tires where on sale for $116.85@, but they didn't want to place an order until they contacted firestone for an estimated ship time. I asked if i could place on order while the sale was still on. I was told no, i would have to wait until monday. They forgot to call firestone on monday, so when i called back i had to wait until tuesday to get an estimated ship date. I placed my order tuesday, but by then the sale was over. I should have paid $116.85@, instead i paid 132.01 each. Can you please help me with this? Contact me at mr.
