He came immediately that same day to my home and disconnected microwave, told me that I needed a new control panel (which I already told him) did not know how or where to order part, then made me wait for 1 month without showing up to fix microwave

I had to constantly call him, he was rude and obnoxious, did not connect appliance correctly thus now it has 2 problems to fix instead of one. He kept giving excuses and then did NOT want to come out and fix it after taking me for $50 on diagnosis of a problem that I already knew. He told me to order the part myself and then just ignored calls.
